Hello, my name is Jon Wallander, and I represent DeRuosi Nut, a premium walnut processor in Escalon, CA. I grew up in Northern California and graduated from Sacramento State before serving our country as a pilot in the United States Air Force. I returned to California to work with my father, Dale Wallander as a nut buyer. It is here I have had the opportunity to represent a company such as DeRuosi Nut, whose dedication to the industry and grower relationships mirrors that of my own.

With the help of modern technology, DeRuosi Nut has been able to increase its efficiency and maximize the value of the walnuts they process and market. Michael DeRuosi III and I share the same values that have lead to the outstanding reputation this company has developed with both growers and consumers alike.
